Parent intake meeting

The parent only intake meeting is required before therapy takes place. The therapist and parents/carers/guardians establish the child and family needs and goals, within a safe and secure environment.

All Learn to Play and Humanistic play therapy sessions with the child and play therapist. If a child experiences anxiety shorter sessions can be made, in consultation with your play therapist.

Child play therapy sessions for children with a self managed or plan managed NDIS plan.

Please note all payments are to be made prior, or at the time of the appointment. Future bookings can only be made when all payments are finalised.

Cancelling Appointments

If a session needs to be rescheduled give us as much notice as possible. We send a courtesy reminder email 48 hours prior to your session. For non attendance or cancelled sessions less than 48 hours before the appointment time, a cancellation fee and 100% of the session cost will be applied.

For NDIS clients the NDIS price guide is applied and allows for up to 100% of the fee for non-attendance or less than 48 hours cancellation of a session.

In the unlikely event that a therapist needs to reschedule an appointment you will be notified as soon as possible. A new appointment will made in consultation with your play therapist. No charge will be made.
